today i present my treatment to my teacher and friends
comment1: i like the storyline but you have to be careful when you change the shot to past and present.
comment2: the storyline is very good in the start. However the end should relate to the music more.
my genre of music that i prefer to work with when i create a music video is pop, folk pop and soul pop.These are song that i pick as a choice for making the music video 1.let her go by passenger
let her go is in folk pop genre and I believe that the target customer of this music is teenager-young adult.Base on Wikipedia which i also agree with the lyrics of the song are poetic and melancholic,describing the regrets associated with ending a relationship. the chorus describes situations in which you don't appreciate what you have until you have until it's gone, and relate this to love. the verses give detailed scenes involving a heartbroken man dealing with his breakup. The music video focus on the lisping more than other because through the whole video there's only artist singing in his concert.
2.จากกันด้วยดี by tattoocolour Feat. Soul After Six
this thai music is in a pop genre but i can sense the smell of soul and jazz in it. the reason being is because of the rhythm and the instrument that create these sense of music. จากกันด้วยดี tells you about a couple that have been love for so long, both of them are hurt from what they have done to this relationship and the way to stop the pain is to end the relationship.

Kpop genre is one of my most non-experience genre. this is because the music in this genre is quite loud and fast which i'm not that interested in. However there is some that are quite soft and easy to listen. i found this genre very interesting and challenging because it's new for me and I never in to it so the process will be more interesting than the others. this music tell you about a feeling that you see others inlove but you still alone. so you want to see something else, something more than just spring,love, and cherry blossom.

i pick let her go because it's the music i see can impact the viewer the most. it deliver deep meaning which i see is the part i'm interest the most, to pull out those potential and put it into my music video.

the shot is particularly simple.there's a general lack of manufactured imagery to avoid contrasting in the video so everything is usually natural with focus on environment
2.Emotional
with folk feeling mix in this genera so this genera are often deep and emotional. Characters have to be relatable, so that audience can connect to the character, and really be absorbed by the story.
3.Narrative focused usually lyrics of folk music are rather deep and emotional ,and the music video needs to reflex that.telling a story through both audio and visuals is essential,and what makes folk unique.No flashy images or special effect, but a solid story.
4.The artist
Standard music video should feature the artist in some capacity. Viewer need to see where the vocals/instrumentals are originating from,and it allows for a certain depth of artist promotion.
5.Capture theme of the song music video should capture the general theme of the song.Adapting the narrative from the story told in the lyrics is the best option. as it can be manipulated from the video.

Final though
I pick let her go by passenger as my song of choice because i love the idea and tough behind the music and I pick not love spring or cherry blossom because I like idea of cuteness in the music video.plus the code and convention is new for me so it's challenging which is what i like.
